Jawad is co-founder of authenticity and an Emirati with big dreams and ambitions. His coaching experience has seen him work alongside individuals with diverse backgrounds and professional experiences.

His core values are authenticity, fairness and sharing knowledge. He is passionate about people honoring and living their dreams. is belief is that coaching is about people living an authentic life and this is something that naturally occurs when you work with him.

Jawad is a proud father of three, has a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the university of south carolina and an MBA from bradford university. He holds 15 years experience with government and semi government organizations.

Jawad is a certified coach with the coaches training institute and has completed his certified professional co-active coach certification (CPCC) with the international coaching federation.
