Ghada guides professionals, entrepreneurs and small business owners to enjoy professional success and a fulfilling personal life. She works with managers, executives and CEOs in both local and international organizations. She has delivered a number of training workshops on topics such as customer service, emotional intelligence, management excellence and the famous “who moved my cheese” change management strategy.
Ghada is the first Emirati to gain both accreditation and certification as a certified professional co-active coach certification with the international coaching federation. She is also a trained organizational relationships systems coach, a certified NLP practitioner and is certified in Stephen coveys “seven habits of highly effective people”.
Ghada’s passion is to unearth and discover the special talents in each one of her clients. She has a gift of identifying people’s strengths and helping them to realize their potential to boost performance, efficiency and excellence.
Ghada’s previous work encompassed hr roles in training, facilitating, recruitment and Emiratisation and she has managed a very ambitious Emiratisation pre- employment training program for around 400 hopefuls:
