What is the workshop about?
UnMasking is a life-long process. The mastery workshop takes the process further and focuses on capacity building for lifelong success. It will take into account questions and needs that have come up after the first workshop. There will be a strong focus on building capability in each person for being able to activate reflective and interventive strategies when situations call for them. Following the workshop, each participant will have the option of signing up for a highly recommended group coaching opportunity to support the real-life integration process.
There will be a pre-read for setting the context and an assessment instrument for deepening the application experience.
